Rachel Massey joined National Investors in 2024 as the vice president of agent services and licensing in Texas and brings more than 20 years of industry-related experience to the role. She began her career in 2000 as an executive assistant for an Austin-based title company after earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from The University of Texas at Austin.
Rachel has a long history in the title industry and remembers attending TLTA conventions every summer with her family. As an escrow officer, she built a relationship with National Investors as her preferred underwriter, and she enjoys applying her extensive experience and passion for the industry to delivering valuable and innovative solutions to National Investors agent partners.
